The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Development Of The Area Around Primary School No. 11 Queen Jadwiga In Piła, Including Fence, Lighting, Monitoring And External Gym Replacement. 2. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In The Design And Perform Formula. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Project And Cost Documentation And Implementation Of Construction Works. 4. The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Documentation Includes: Architectural And Construction Design Together With The Necessary Arrangements, Obtaining A Final Building Permit Or In The Absence Of A Permit, A Certificate Of Failure To Object To The Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit, Multi-Branch Technical Design, Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works. As -Built Documentation. 5. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: Construction Of The Fence With Entrance Gates And Gates, Making Hardening At The Entrance Gates, Replacement, Modernization And Assembly Of External Monitoring, Replacement Of Lighting On The School Playground And At The Playground, Installation Of Outdoor Gym Components, Exercise Of Grassy Surface, 6. A Detailed Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Functional And Utility Program (Annex 10 To Swz). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Pfu And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 9 To Swz). 7. The Attached Bill Of Quantity Is Auxiliary And Cannot Be The Only Basis To Calculate The Price Of The Offer. 8. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract From The Materials Provided By Himself.
