1 The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others ::)) Demolition Of The Existing Roofing, 2) Replacement Of The Roof Covering, 3) Replacement Of Guttering With The Correct Drainage Of Rainwater, 4) Replacement Of Flashings, 5) Reflection Of Plasters From Chimneys And Re -Execution, 6) Replacement Of Lightning Installation, 7) Maintenance Of Existing Sanitarian Sewage Excavations. Ventilation And Exhaust Fireplaces; In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Among Others, He Will Develop A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Investment, 2) Will Be Responsible For The Overall Order, Including The Course And Timely Performance Of The Contract, For Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Contract, 3) Will Participate In Construction Councils. The Meeting Will Provide Information On The State Of Advancement Of Works And The Current Construction Issues Related To Construction, 4) Will Develop As -Built Documentation (Including Protocols, Admission Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Guarantee Granted), 5) Will Accept Liability For Any Damage Caused By Its Employees, Persons Acting On His Order, Including Cases Omission In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, To The Extent Provided For By The Civil Code And As A Result Of Non -Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations. 3.
