The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Replacement Of A Heat Source And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Primary School Building In Skopanie Implemented As Part Of The Task Entitled: Exchange Of Heat Sources And Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Educational Buildings In Skopanie, The Commune Of Baranów Sandomierski Co -Financed From The Funds Of The National Reconstruction And Increased Plan (Kpo). Design Documentation Together With A Supplementary Description To The Subject Of The Contract, Stwior, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.4. The Contractor, After Completing The Subject Of The Contract And The Final Acceptance, Grants At Least A 24 -Month Warranty For Completed Construction Works, Calculated From The Day The End Of The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. In The Case Of Own Names In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And This Specification, Equivalent Solutions With Not Worse Parameters Are Allowed. In A Situation Where The Contracting Authority Described The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed. The Employer Allows The Use Of Equivalent Building Materials, Which Are Listed In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That Equivalent Materials Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials Listed In The Above Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Delivered Deliveries (Equipment And Building Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And The Utility Features That The Products Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Are Only A Qualitative Model Of The Subject Of The Contract. 11. The Contractor Is Obliged, If Required, To Obtain On Behalf Of The Employer, An Appropriately Final Decision Of The Use Permit Or Notification Of The Completion Of Works With The Annotation Of The Competent Building Supervision Authority About The Lack Of Objection - Preceded By The Contractor Obtained By The Contractor With All Necessary Opinions And Arrangements Required By Law And Submitting The Permit Or Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of The Notification. The Contracting Authority Will Grant The Contractors To Relevant Authorizations In This Respect. In The Absence Of The Need To Obtain The Above -Mentioned Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Contracting Authority An Appropriate Document Issued By The Competent Authority About The Lack Of The Need To Obtain A Decision Of The Use Permit Or Notification Of The Completion Of Works. 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Equip The Objects With The Necessary Marking And Equipment Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision Of The Use Permit, If Required. 14.
