1. Subject Of The Contract: Expansion, Reconstruction And Change In The Use Of The Building Of The Primary School Building To A Municipal Nursery In Sadowa, Located At Ul. Strzelecka 35 In Sadowa For A Municipal Nursery As Part Of The 2019/02 Investment Task: Construction Of A Municipal Nursery In Sadowa (Hereinafter Referred To As The Task). 2. Objective Of The Subject Of The Order: The Investment Includes The Demolition Of An Existing Residential Building With An Outbuilding, Expansion Of The Existing Building Of The Former School, Reconstruction Of The Interior System, Replacement Of Roofing, Thermomodernization, Replacement And Modernization Of All Technical Installations Serving The Building, And The Development Of Own Plots Of Land Through The Construction Of Internal Roads, Parking Lots, Pavements And Paths, Children Dumpster Shelters, Fences And Other Accompanying Elements, Including Technical Installations Serving The Building, Along With Obtaining The Final Permission To Use The Facility. 3. Order Scope: 1) Execution Of Preparatory Works And Earthworks, Including Tree Felling. 2) Demolition Of An Existing Residential Building Together With The Outbuilding. 3) Expansion Of The Existing Building Of The Former Primary School. 4) Reconstruction Of The Interior System For The Needs Of The Nursery.
