Tenders Are Invited For Thermomodernization Of The Building At Ul. Radkowska No. 14-16 In The Municipality Of Nowa Ruda

The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Consisting In The Implementation Of The Thermomodernization Of A Multi -Family Residential Building At Ul. Radkowska 14-16 In The Municipality Of Nowa Ruda Together With Robots Accompanying European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027. Material Project Of The Project: The Project Consists Of A Thorough Thermomodernization Of The Municipal Municipal Building Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Located At Ul. Radkowska 14-16 Belonging To The Municipality Of Nowa Ruda. As Part Of The Investment, The Following Mandatory Thermomodernization Improvement (Provided For In The Energy Efficiency Audit Of The Building) And Covering The Following Audit Expenses Are Planned To Be Carried Out In The Building: • Insulation Of The Steep Roof With A Layer Of Mineral Wool 26 Cm Thick, A Wooden Ceiling With A Layer Of Mineral Wool With A Thickness Of 22 Cm, A Ceiling Layer, A Ceiling Layer With A Layer Of Gelbet Styrofoam 24 Cm Thick, Ceiling Under The Attic With A Non -Usable Layer Of Mineral Wool 24 Cm Thick, External Walls With A Layer Of Polystyrene 14Cm, Replacement Of Window Joinery In Apartments With Heat Transfer Coefficient U = 0.9 W/M2k And Common Parts Of A Building With A Heat Transfer Coefficient U = 1.4 W/M2k, Replacement Of An External Door Joinery With A Heat Transfer Coefficient U = 1.3 W/M2k. As Part Of The Investment, The Following Optional Thermomodernization Improvements (Provided For In The Energy Efficiency Audit Of The Building) And Covering The Following Audit Expenses Are Planned To Be Carried Out In The Building:   Modernization Of The Dhw System: Change In The Method Of Preparing Hot Water. From The Current Electrical Capacitive Heaters Located In Each Apartment And Premises For Central Preparation In Hot Water Reservoirs Powered From A Gas Boiler Room - Installation With Circulation,  Modernization Of The Heating System: Replacing Current Individual Heating Systems On The Central Fuel With A Central System Powered From A Gas Boiler Room Located In The Building Of The Building And Replacement Of Central Heating Installation. For New With Convection Heaters And Thermostatic Valves And Metering. As Part Of The Investment, The Following Additional Thermomodernization Improvement (Provided For In The Energy Efficiency Audit Of The Building) And Covering The Following Audit Expenses Are Planned To Be Carried Out In The Building: • A 4.5 Kw Solar Installation: To Illuminate The Common Parts Of The Auxiliary Energy (Pumps For C.O. And Dhw), • Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Together With The Replacement Of Existing Sources Of Light Sources For New Ones. Energy -Saving Led.2. General Comments: 1) The Contractors Liability For Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract Will End After A Minimum Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
