1. Renovation Of The Building For The Social Integration Of The Inhabitants Of The City Of Minsk Mazowiecki At Ul. Cardinal St. Wyszyńskiego 30A, On The Plot No. 3941/10 Will Cover Rooms Located On The Ground Floor, In The North-Eastern Part Of The Building And The Staircase. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes, In Particular: 1) Renovation Of External Stairs, 2) A Ramp For People With Disabilities, 3) Reconstruction Of Internal Partition Walls, 4) Renovation Together With The Reconstruction Of The Sanitary And Electrical Installation, 5) Replacement Of Ceramic Laying, 6) Replacement Of The Internal Door Joinery, 7) Renovation Of Internal Stairs, 8) Renovation Of Wall And Ceilings Plasters, 9) Ceilings, 10) Ordering The Area After The Works, Waste Management In Accordance With The Act Of 14.12.2012 On Waste. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In: 1) Technical Description Along With A Projection Of The Ground Floor With An Indication Of The Rooms For Renovation, 2) Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), 3) Preregial Works. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer A Minimum Period Of Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects Of 36 Months From The Date Of Preparation Of The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Performed Subject Of The Contract. For Extending The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Receive Additional Points Under The Offer Evaluation Criterion, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter Xx Point 3.5. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act Introduces Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Specific Activities In The Scope Of The Contract.
