3.1. Subject Of The Contract: Adaptation Of School Rooms As Part Of The Project Entitled: Mechanic Of The Future No. Feld.08.08.-Iz.00-0026/23, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program, European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027. 3.2. The Works Should Be Done In Accordance With The Art Of Construction. The Offer Must Take Into Account The Costs Associated With The Organization Of The Works Area, Ensuring The Management Of Work By Persons With Appropriate Permissions, Take Into Account The Purchase, Delivery And Development Of All Necessary Materials, Performing Checks, Tests, Trials - If Necessary And Gathering The Documents Required By Law. It Will Be The Contractors Obligation To Complete The Necessary Documents And Complete All Procedures. 3.3. The Offer Should Be Constructed On The Basis Of Materials With Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Indicated In The Prejudice 3.4. General Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 3.7.1. The Works Must Be Carried Out With Requirements And In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended) And Executive Acts To This Act, Provisions On Health And Safety At The Performance Of Construction Works, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of February 6, 2003 On Security And Occupational Hygiene During Construction Works (Journal Of Laws No. 47, Item 401) And In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Design Documentation, With Due Diligence In Their Performance, Good Quality And Maintaining Proper Work Organization. 3.7.2. The Materials And Devices Used Must Have Current Documents Allowing For Use In Construction, In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Respect.
