Ii. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Transporting Disabled Children And Adolescents (Hereinafter Referred To As: Persons) Inhabited In Bieruń To Special Education Centers And Back, Along With Providing Them With Care During The Delivery On All Days Of Education Organized By The Centers, In Order To Fulfill The School Obligation And The Obligation To Study. The Scope Of Services, Individual Quantities And Their Description Are Located And Attachments To Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz), Template Of The Offer Form Containing The Offer Of The Offer Price And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, The Contracting Authority Informs That: Sets Requirements In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing The Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320, As Amended). Details Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Attachment To Swz.4. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Partial Offer. In The Contracting Authoritys Assessment, The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Does Not Limit On The Quantitative Plane As Well As The Qualitative Possibilities Of The Participation Of Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. 6. The Employer Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform By The Contractor Key Parts Of The Contract. 7. The Contracting Authority Did Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Act. 8. The Employer Does Not Provide For A Reservation Of The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act. 9. The Employer Informs That It Provides For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract To The Current Contractor Of The Services Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7 Of The Act To The Net Amount: Pln 318 750.00. 10. The Employer Does Not Provide For Organizing Local Vision For Contractors And Does Not Require Submitting An Offer After Completing A Local Vision Or Checking The Documents Referred To In Art. 131 Para. 2 Of The Act. 11. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And Future Contractors Will Take Place In Polish Zlotys. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For Settlements In Foreign Currencies. 12.
