1 The Backhoe Loader Must Be Technically Efficient, Equipped With All Operational Fluids, Not Older Than 2018, With A Mileage Not More Than 5,000 Hours. The Backhoe Loader Offered Cannot Have Excessive Wear Of The Working Elements, Including Working Elements Of Spoons (Actuators, Seals, Pins, Sleeves). It Cannot Have Hydraulic Oil Leaks. The Vehicle Should Have Good Technical Condition Of The Operators Equipment And Devices. The Total Cost Of The Backhoe Loader To The Headquarters Of The Contracting Authority Is Covered By The Contractor. The Backhoe Loader Must Come From Serial Production, It Is Not Allowed To Offer A Vehicle From Unit Production And One Whose Parameters Have Been Specially Changed To Meet The Requirements Of This Procedure. Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 4 To Swz And The Contract Template Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.2. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Inspect And Check The Technical Condition Of The Backhoe Loader And Control The Efficiency Of Devices Mounted In It Before Signing The Contract. In The Event Of Poor Technical Condition And It Is Found That The Actual Parameters And Equipment Of The Vehicle Are Inconsistent With The Parameters And Equipment Specified In Swz And The Offer Of The Contracting Authority Will Withdraw From The Purchase Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Delivered To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party To The Address Indicated. 4.
