Tenders Are Invited For A Comprehensive Service Of Organizing And Implementation Of A 2-Day Studio Trip To The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Along The Care Economy Trail [...]
The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of The Organization And Implementation Of A 2-Day Study Trip To The Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship Along The Route Of Care Farms As Part Of The Operation Of Knowledge And Experience Within The Network Of Demonstration Farms (Sgd) And Care Farms In Accordance With The Ksow+ Action Plan For 2023-2027 Operational Plan For 2025. Study Departure Is Organized For 20 Participants. The Study Trip Is Obliged To Ensure, Among Others: Transport, Insurance, Accommodation, Food And Service Of The Pilot, For A Group Constituting A Maximum Of 20 People, And To Implement The Trip Program. Creation Of The Studio Trip Service Will Take Place Within The Time Limit: A) And The Priority And Acceptable Term By The Contracting Authority: 30.06 - 01.07.2025; Or In The Case Of Circumstances Preventing The Implementation Of The Trip Within The Indicated Date, The Trip Will Be Implemented In: B) Ii Period Accepted By The Ordering Party, With The Implementation Of The Trip At The Latest By The End Of July 2025 (31.07.2025); The Exact Date, In The Case Of The Second Date, Will Be Set Out In The Agreement Of The Contractor With The Ordering Party, With The Contractor To Present The 2Nd Date At 14 Days Before The Planned Date Of Implementation Of The Studio Trip. The Contractor Will Cover The Costs Of Visits. Detailed Course Of The Trip, Substantive Issues And Possible Changes To The Schedule Will Consult The Contractor With The Customer. The Contractor Will Ensure The Correct Implementation Of All Points Of The Study Of The Studio Trip And Will Supervise The Time Of Journeys And Implementation Of Visits To Individual Entities. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Also Included In Annex 1 - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex 2 Draft Contract.
