Telecommunications System - Delivery Of A Complete Specialized Mobile Gsm Environmental Analysis Center With Accessories And A Special Building Vehicle. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Complete Specialized Mobile Gsm System - Imsi Catcher (Hereinafter: The System) Along With The Necessary Equipment And A Vehicle With A Special Building Enabling Its Mobile Use. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Necessary Training For The Users Of The Finished System. 3. All Requirements For The Ordered System (Including Implementation, Requirements For Vehicle, Buildings, Guarantees, Training And Acceptance) Were Specified In Annex 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Ordering Party, Allows Solutions Equivalent To The Standards Described In The Order Documentation, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act 5. Note! Due To The Confidential Nature Contained In Annex 2 To The Swz Part Of The Information, Accessing Access (Insight Or Receipt Of A Copy Of The Documentation) Will Be Possible, Only After Submitting A Written Application. A Detailed Way Of Obtaining The Documentation In Question, Covered By A Confidential Clause, Is Set Out In Annex 5 To Swz.
