Preliminary Market Consultation In Accordance With Section 33 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Award Of Public Contracts, As Amended, For The Purpose Of Proper And Transparent Preparation Of The Tender Conditions For A Small -Scale Concession That Is Not A Challenge To Submit Tenders. The Contracting Authority Intends To Declare A Repeated Selection Procedure For A Small -Scale Concession, The Subject Of Which Is The Selection Of The Operator (Concessionaire) Of The Distribution System Of Natural Gas. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Selection Of The Stl Operator Of The Regulatory Station And Gas Ducts In The Industrial Zone František In Horní Suchá. The Aim Is To Find A Strategic Partner For Long -Term Cooperation, Which Will Ensure The Operation Of These Facilities And With Which The Concession Agreement On The Lease And Administration Of The Local Distribution System Of Natural Gas Under The Energy Act Will Be Concluded. The Concessionaire Would Initiate Its Activities Without Undue Delay After Signing The Contract - Assumption From 1 9 2025. The Contracting Authority Set The Duration Of The Concession For 84 Months.
