Hirsikangas Landfill Has Been Closed At The Request Of The Environmental Authority On December 22, 2024 And Its Closing Plan Is Under Preparation. The City Of Akaa Does Not Currently Have Its Own Landfill For Non-Polluted Soil. The Purpose Of The Billing Market Dialogue Is To:- Identify Interested Actors Who Could Operate The Landfill Area In The Akaa Area- Views On The Conditions For Operation, Site Requirements, Environmental Permits And Operational Solutions- Central Location Of The Landfill. It Is Hoped That The Location Of The Landfill Site Is Along The Good Transport Links And Construction Priorities. Interested In Practicing Landfill Activities- Are Or Are Willing To Explore The Citys Involvement In The Legislation And Permit Process Of Non-Polluted Soil Reception:- Support And As An Expert Together With The Environmental Protection Authority, Planning And Licensing Authority In Accordance With The Pricing Of The Operators Price List Or A Separate Agreement, The City Of Akaa Does Not Act As A Procurement In Market Dialogue, According To The Needs Of The Operators Price List Or Separate Contract, But To Explore Market Service Production Opportunities. The Needs Assessment Prepared By The City Of Akaa Does Not Bind A Private Operator, But The Operator Will Receive The Extent Of Its Own Activities Estimated By The City. The Citys Goal Is To Promote The Emergence Or Expansion Of A Business With Market Dialogue And To Promote The Availability Of Services In The City Of Akaa. The City Of Akaa Does Not Limit The Number Of Actors. The Resulting Activity Must Take Place On Market Terms. This Is Not A Prior Notice, A Call For Tenders, A Contract Notice Or An Invitation To The Negotiation Procedure, And The Publication Of The Notification Will Not Initiate A Tendering Process. No Compensation Will Be Paid For The Market Dialogue, Meetings And Requests For Information. Written Or Oral Dialogue Is Expected To Visit During June-September
