The Subject Of This Public Procurement Shall Be Provided Within The Framework Of The Project Construction Of Buildings For The Provision Of Services Resident Care For Adults With Intellectual Difficulties (Rspliz) In The Village Disabilities Under A Contract For Funding To The National Recovery And Resistance Plan By Procedure By Directly Providing Funds To Specific End Recipients. The Main Objective Of This Public Procurement Is To Improve The Quality Of Life, The Realization Of The Rights And Opportunities For Social Inclusion Of Adults With Mental Disorders On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Sozopol, By Opening A New Health And Social Resident Care Service For Adults With Mental Disorders (Rgplpr). Specific Goals Of The Public Procurement Are: Construction Of A New Infrastructure For The Provision Of New Social Services On The Territory Of Sozopol Municipality; Creating An Infrastructure For The Development Of Social Services In The Municipality Of Sozopol, Oriented To The Individual Needs Of The Consumer, For The Social Inclusion Of Vulnerable Groups; Building Conditions For Living In Complying With The Principles Of Deinstitutionalization And Removal From Specialized Institutions Of Adults With Mental Disorders; Prevention Of Institutionalization By Providing Integrated Support For People At Risk Of Social Exclusion. As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Investment, The Deinstitutionalization Of The Care For People With Mental Disorders Will Be Provided To Ensure An Independent And Decent Life And Their Full Inclusion In The Life Of Society. A Suitable Capacity Will Be Built To Provide A Variety Of And Tailored To People With Intellectual Difficulties, Services And Measures To Support Community And Home Environment. The Project Proposal Is In Accordance With The National Strategy For Long Term Care And The Terms Of The Social Services Act Up To 01.01.2035 For The Closure Of All Specialized Institutions. Within The Project, A New Resident Service For Adults With Intellectual Disabilities Will Be Built, In Which Adequate Living Conditions For 15 Users Will Be Created. The Priority Includes Social Support Of Vulnerable Persons And Groups And Those At Risk, Such As The Goals Of The Investment.
