The Subject Of This Contract Is Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Phase Of Working Project And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of A Site Strengthening The Roadway On Stara Planina Street In The Section Bordering Pi 77195.723.60 - For The Youth House The Activities Subject To The Award For The Period Of Execution Of The Contract Are: Activity 1: Preparation Of An Investment Project For The Site Strengthen The Roadway On Stara Planina Street In The Section Bordering Pi 77195.723.60 - For Youth. The Investment Project For The Construction Will Be Made By Competent Designers In The Phase Work Project And With A Minimum Scope With The Following Parts: 1. Part Road 2. Part Of Constructive 3. Part Geodetic 4. Part Geology 5. Hour Return Of Movie 6. Chaplain Safety 7. Safety And Health Plan 8. Plna Construction Waste Management 9. At The Discretion Of The Contractor, Other Parts Of The Investment Project Required For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Issue A Building Permit May Be Added. Each Part Of The Investment Project Must Be Agreed With The Rest Of The Project. The Working Investment Project Should Clarify The Specific Design Solutions In A Degree, Providing The Opportunity For The Complete Implementation Of All Types Of Construction Works For The Site, As Well As To Provide Project Solutions That Ensure Compliance With The Spa, The Regulations In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria, The Design For The Design And The Requirements Of The Present Technical Specification. The Investment Project Must Be Presented In 4 (Four) Original Copies Of Paper And 1 (One) Electronic Cd Medium In Format: Graphic Part - Dwg And Pdf, Text Part - Word And Pdf, Excel And Pdf. The Content Of The Electronic Media Must Be Identical To The Paper Bearer. The Investment Project Shall Be Submitted To The Contracting Authority With The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol, Which Reflects The Availability Of The Submitted Project And Its Compliance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. Activity 2 - Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction Of The Site. The Authors Supervision From The Designers Or Persons Authorized By Them With The Same Qualification, Guarantees The Exact Implementation Of The Approved Investment Project. Copyright Supervision Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Spatial Planning Act, As Well As All Applicable Technical Standards, Norms And Provisions Of The Current Bulgarian Legislation.
