The Subject Of The Contract Includes Delivery, Installation, Staff Training, Commissioning And Warranty Service Of 3 Medical Devices (Ma)/Medical Devices (Mi), Divided Into 3 Lots (Op). The Contracting Authority Will Take Advantage Of The Possibilities Provided By Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, In Connection With Which Op No. 1 And Op No. 2 Will Be Awarded Within This Order, For A Total Value Of Bgn 595 000,00. The Rest Of The Order Worth Bgn 16 650,00,00 Under Op No. 3 The Contracting Authority Will Assign In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of The Position, On The Grounds Of Art. The Estimated Value Of Op No. 3, Which Will Be Assigned To Individual Value, Falls Within The Scope Of Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464 And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Contract. Based On The Requirements Of The Medical Devices Act (Serm) And Ordinance No. 7 Of The Ministry Of Health Of 31.03.2021, The Contracting Authority Requires That The Proposed By My Participants Be Included In The List Under Article 30A By The Sere, Maintained On The Website Of The Executive Agency For Medicines (Bd) At The Date For Submission Of Submission Of Tenders.
