Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of Engineering / Design, Construction And Exercise Of Copyright Supervision / Of The Site: Energy Efficiency And Renovation Of The Building Of The Chitalishte Enlightenment - 1929
This Public Procurement Provides For The Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase In All Necessary Parts For The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Coordination Of The Prepared Investment Project With All Competent Authorities And Operating Companies Up To The Degree Of Willingness To Carry Out An Assessment Of Conformity According To Art. 142, Para. 6 Of The Spatial Planning Act And The Issuance Of A Building Permit. The Design Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms Of The Performance Contract, Technical Specification, Zut, Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001. The Investment Project Must Contain A Minimum Of The Following Design Parts: Part Architectural; Part Structural; Part Plumbing; Part Electric Part; Part Of Energy Efficiency; Part Hvac; Fire Safety Part; Part Of The Pbz; Part Puso And Part Project Documentation (Detailed Quantitative And Quantitative Accounts On All Design Parts). The Construction Works Provided For Implementation Should Be Fulfilled Under The Approved Project, The Current Regulatory Framework And The Requirements For The Commissioning Of The Site. The Contractor Should Perform Construction And Installation Works On The Subject Of The Contract, Providing Labor, Materials, Construction Facilities, Blanks And Products, And Everything Else Necessary For The Execution Of The Site. The Used Building Materials Must Be Of Proven Origin, Accompanied By A Declaration Of Conformity, With Instructions For Application In Bulgarian Language, Drawn Up By The Manufacturer Or By His Authorized Representative. The Contractor Should Exercise Copyright Supervision During The Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Design Documents And The Applicable Regulations, Through The Designers Of The Projects On The Individual Parts Of The Project Or The Person Authorized By Them, Provided That The Authorized Persons Shall Have A Qualification Corresponding To That Of The Authorized Expert. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Detailed In The Technical Specification And The Quantitative Account, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation.
