Law, Quality And Timely Initiation, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Delivery Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specification, In Accordance With The Law On Spatial Planning (Zut) And The By -Law, All Other Valid Regulatory Documents. It Is Envisaged That Energy Efficiency Measures Are Implemented For The Town Hall In The Village Of Kutlovitsa, Including: Finishing Coatings By Floors, Walls And Ceilings; Replacement Of Luminaires; Construction Of Lightning Protection; Replacement Of Gutters, Pipes And Cisterns; Construction Of Drainage Around The Building; Thermal Insulation Of Exterior Walls; Replacement Of Wooden Doors; The Available Wooden Doors Will Be Replaced With New Aluminum. All Facade Walls Will Be Thermal Insulated With The Eps 120 Mm Thermal Insulation System With A Reinforcing Mesh And Elastic Hydrophobic Outer Plaster With Color Agreed With The Contracting Authority. For The Plinth All The Perimeter Of The Building, The Thermal Insulation System Xps 120 Mm And A Suitable Plaster Is Provided. In Order To Secure The Finishing Detail Of The Plinth During Contact With The Ground, The Project Envisages The Excavation Of Up To 180 Cm Deep And A Width Of 120 Cm In The Problem Areas, After Which A New Pavement With A Slope From The Building To The Terrain Will Be Made. All Works Provided For Implementation Are Described In The Quantitative Account.
