The Scope Of The Project Includes: - Two New Operating Rooms (Or)Will Be Added For A Total Of 4 Ors On Level 1. - To Support The Addition Of 2 New Ors, The Existing 2-Bay Pre-Operative Area Will Relocate From An Area Within Endoscopy And Expand To 4 Patient Bays. - The Post Anesthetic Care Unit (Pacu) Expands From The Current 4 Bays To 6 Patient Bays Based On The Ratio Of 1:1.5 Per Or. Pacu And The Pre-Operative Area Will Be Collocated To Maximize Staffing Efficiencies. - Support Spaces For The 4 Ors, Including Sterile Supply And Equipment Storage Will Be Included. - Clinical Support Spaces, Including Medication Room, Clean Supply And Soiled Utility Will Be Sized Appropriately To Support The 2 Additional Ors And Located To Be Shared With Endoscopy Services. - Impacts To Endoscopy Services, Which Is Located Immediately Adjacent To Surgical Services (Level 1 Ors), To Accommodate The Addition Of The 2 New Ors Will Include Relocation And Accommodation Of Workspace, Including An Office For The Endo Unit Manager, And Changes To The Patient Locker And Change Area For Endoscopy.
