1. The Subject Of The Order Is: In Part And Orders: Renovation Of The 2Nd Floor Rooms In The Building A At Al. Niepodległości 16/18 At The Greater Poland Voivodship Office In Poznań. 2. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works And The Manner Of Their Implementation Has Been Determined: In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Pre -End/Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute Annex 4 To Swz. 3. Works Not Included In The Pre -Meat/Bill Of Quantities, But The Contractor Is Required To Be Included In The Contract In The Offered Price. 4. All Materials Used To Perform The Order Must Be Full -Fledged And Have Current Quality Certificates, Approval Certificates, Approvals, Certificates Of Security, Declarations Of Compliance Or Certificates Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Required By Relevant Provisions. 5. In All Swz Entries And Its Attachments, In Which The Employer Refers To Standards, Approval, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. If The Names Of Materials, Products Or Devices Of Specific Manufacturers Are Given In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 4 To Swz), This Should Only Be Treated As A Term For The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor Can Offer Equivalent Materials, Products Or Devices With At Least The Same Parameters. Product Equivalence Is Understood By Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used Are At Least The Same As The Products Described In Swz. In The Event Of An Equivalent Solution, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Solutions Used. 7. The Contractor Who Cites Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove/Show In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Use The Materials Indicated In The Offer At The Stage Of Implementation. 8. The Contractor Will Present Catalog Cards Or Patterns Of Materials Used To Perform The Order Before Joining The Work, Including: Paints, Luminaires, Etc.9.
