Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Service Rooms Of The Ground Floor In A Multi -Family Residential Building With A Service Part Implemented By The City And Commune Office On Plots No. 1463/4, 1463/1, 1463/10 In Wschowa At Łazienna Street. The Scope Of Planned Works In The Existing Service Premises Will Cover A Correction Of The Size Of Rooms Due To The Combination Of Current Offices Or The Release Of Additional Social And Sanitary Rooms. As A Result Of The Reconstruction, Four Single And Double Offices And Two Four -Person Offices Will Be Built. Within The Premises, A Conference Room For 10 People And Auxiliary Rooms Such As The Archive, Required Sanitary And Hygiene, Economic And Social Facilities Are Planned. Corrections In The Communication System Of The Premises Are Also Foreseen. Due To The Fact That The Existing Stairs At The Main Entrance Cannot Be Rebuilt, A Second Entrance Was Prepared From The Existing Staircase And The Internal Courtyard. This Entrance Will Be Used By People Working In A Service Premises And People With Disabilities. Existing Levels And Doors Width Will Ensure Access To People In Wheelchairs. All Rooms In A Service Premises Will Meet The Condition Of Availability For People With Disabilities. After The Reconstruction, There Will Be An Accounting And Financial Service Center Operating For The Needs Of Umig In Wschowa. The Scope Of Reconstruction Will Also Include The Replacement Of The Outer Window And Door Joinery. The Current Doors Do Not Meet The Required Usable Width. The Replacement Of Window Joinery Will Result In Enlargement Of Several Windows Due To Too Small Surface Lighting. The Correction Is Also Dictated By The Need To Properly Make The Lanes Between The Window And The Ground Floor In Terms Of Fire. Existing Bars Will Be Dismantled, The Level Of Window Sills Will Be Unified. The Service Premises Will Be Properly Separated And Protected In Terms Of Fire From The Rest Of The Building. Evacuation Roads And Exits Will Be Properly Marked. As A Result Of The Reconstruction, Social And Sanitary Rooms Will Be Created That Meet The Current Requirements. The Rooms Of The Service Premises Will Remain Separately Measured In The Field Of Media And Will Still Be Heated Independently. Planned Works Will Not Change The Current Use Of The Premises - It Will Remain A Service, Intended For Office Functions. The Work Covered By The Study Has A Modernization Scope, Increasing The Standard Of Use Of Rooms And Adapting A Service Premises To The Possibility Of People With Disabilities. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Method Of Implementation And Its Scope, The Conditions For Settlement And Acceptance Of Works And The Obligations Of The Contractor In The Scope Covered By The Proposed Lump Sum Are Presented: 1) The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 4 To Swz; 2) Project Documentation, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.
