Szopna 2 And Ul. Rycerska 2 (Ii), Including: Sterilization Materials: Sleeves, Tapes, Indicators, Crepe Paper, Smx Packaging, Bags, Tests, Control Cards, Seals, Brown Tubes, Labels, Pendants, Indicators, Tapes. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subjects Of The Contract, Approximate Amounts Of Deliveries And The Requirements Are Included In The Price And Offer Form For Part 1 (Annex 1 To Swz), Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Subjects In The Quantities Specified In The Price And Offer Form For Part 1 (Annex 1 To Swz), Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz, For A Period Of 12 Months. 4. The Contracting Authority Allows The Equivalent Solutions Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. Deadline For The Contract: 1). Planned Delivery Of Subjects For 12 Months From The Date Of The Contract. 2).
