1 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 3 To This Swz.2. Food Products Covered By Supply Should Meet The Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Collective Nutrition Plants, I.E., Among Others: 1) Qualitative Standards Or Approvals, 2) Marking, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Shelf Life, 3) Proper Way Of Transporting Goods-Maintaining Transport Separation, 4) The Assortment Provided Must Be Deprived Of Of A Physical And Biochemical Nature Lowering Its Usable Value, 5) Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. 3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Actually Ordered And Provided Amount Of The Subject Of The Contract. Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Amount Is 40% Of The Gross Contract Value. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract By Specialist Transport Adapted For Food Transport, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Freezers Free Of Charge And Deliver Freezers To Each Of The Mentioned Cuisines During The Contract, I.E. 1) 3 Pieces With A Capacity Of 250 Liters, 2) 4 Pieces With A Capacity Of 350 Liters, 3) 6 Pieces With A Capacity Of 450 Liters, 4) 2 Pieces With A Capacity Of 600 Liters With Bringing And Assembly.
