1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In Conducting The Banking Service Of The Budget Of The Myszków Commune And Budgetary Units Of The Commune - In The Period From The Date Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than 01/01/2025 To 31.12.2028.R., Where: 1) In The Period From The Date Of The Contract, But Not Earlier Than 01/07/2025. Until 30.06.2028, The Service Of The Budget Of The Myszków Commune And Budget Units Of The Myszków Commune Will Be Conducted In The Full Extent Described In The Contract; 2) Within 6 Months From 01.07.2028 To 31.12.2028 Or 6 Months From The Termination Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Keep On Terms Consistent With The Submitted Offer, Current Account Of The Mouse Housing Economy And Bills In The Mass Identification System For Which Only Payments Will Be Accepted. 2. A Short Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Scope Of The Banks Service) .1) Service Of The Budget Of The Myszków Commune Will Be Conducted For The Following Budgetary Units Of The Commune: A) The City Hall In Myszków; B) Municipal Social Welfare Center In Myszków; C) Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Myszków; D) Municipal Zakład Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej In Myszków; E) Environmental Nursing Home In Myszków At Ul. Millenium; F) Environmental Nursing Home In Myszków At Ul. Gałczyński; G) Municipal Economic And Administrative Team Of Schools And Kindergarten In Myszków; H) Primary School No. 1 Adam Mickiewicz; I) Primary School No. 2 John Paul Ii; J) Primary School With Integration Departments Tadeusza Kościuszko No. 3; K) Primary School No. 4; L) Primary School With Integration Departments No. 5 Henryka Sienkiewicz; M) Primary School No. 6; N) Primary School No. 7 Jana Brzechwa; O) School And Przemyskolny Team No. 4; P) Kindergarten No. 1 Bajka; Q) Kindergarten No. 2; R) Kindergarten No. 3 With Integration Departments; Pp.) Kindergarten No. 4; T) Kindergarten No. 5 Maria Konopnicka; U) Music School Of The 1St Degree In Myszków.2) The Contractor Will Conclude A Contract With The Municipality Of Myszków On The Conditions Offered In The Tender. 3) The Contractor Will Open And Will Keep The Current Account Of The Budget Of The Myszków Commune And Current Bills Of Budgetary Units Of The Mice Of The Mice Covered By The Order. 4) The Contractor Will Open And Keep Other Budget Bills Of The Myszków Commune And Budgetary Units In Accordance With The Dispositions Issued By These Units In The Amount Necessary To Conduct Financial Management. 5) The Number Of Entities May Change As A Result Of Organizational Changes During The Contract. In The Event Of The Establishment Of New Units Or Isolation Of New Bank Accounts Of These Units, Their Banking Service Will Be Conducted On Conditions In Accordance With The Offer And The Concluded Contract. 6) The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase The Quantity Of The City Accounts Kept In Individual Budgetary Units Of The City, Without Having To Change The Contr
