The Goods Supplied By The Contractor Will Be In The I, Factory New Packed In The Original Packaging Of The Manufacturer, If It Occurs, Consisting Of Parts Used For The First Assembly, And The Engine Components Must Have Parts Or A Feature Of The Goods. 3. The Delivered Goods In A Given Assortment Position Should Be The Same Manufacturer, Correspond To All Quality Standards And Have The Required Technical Parameters. 4. The Supplied Goods Must Be Marked With A Bar Code: A) Goods Should Be Marked With A Barcode In Accordance With Decision No. 3/Minister Of The Minister Of National Defense Of 3 January 2014, Regarding Guidelines Specifying The Requirements For Marking The Bar Code Of Products Delivered To The Ministry Of National Defense. The Delivered Goods Should Be Marked In Accordance With 4 Points 1 Item 5 (Material Group 5) Of The Abovementioned Decisions. The Labels Used Should Meet The Requirements Specified In 5 For Material Group 5 Of The Abovementioned Decisions. B) The Employer Obliges The Contractor To Transfer A Completed Product Card In Electronic Form (Ms Excel Format) To The Recipient Of The Order Of The Order. In The Product Card, The Contractor Should Place The Gtin Number And Complementary Data Of The Product (In Accordance With Annex 6 Of The Above Decision). The Contractor Should Be Transferred To The Contracting Authority At The Latest On The Day Of Delivery. These Materials Are Intended For Immediate Wear Or Consumption In A Short Period Of Time, E.G. As Part Of Annual Support. D) In The Case Of Ties That Do Not Have Factory Packaging (E.G. Reaction Rods, Torsion Bars, Rims, Etc.), They Are Required That They Are Marked With A Sticker With The Supplier Name And Contract Number. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In The Price Form- Annex 2 To Swz And In The Contract Template- Annex 6 To Swz, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.
