3 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Successive Delivery Of Chemicals To Economic Equipment And Household Appliances As Well As Economic Chemistry. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Its Quantity And Assortment Were Contained Accordingly In Form 3 To Swz, In Which The Employer Has Included Significant Technical And Usable Parameters, As Well As Other Required Properties For The Ordered Products. 4. Served By The Ordering Party In Form 3 To Swz, The Quantity Of Products Is Used Only To Assess And Compare Offers And Are Based On Estimated Quantities. The Actual Quantities Of Products Will Result From The Current, Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 5. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Contain A Quote And Description Of All Specified In Form No. 3 To Swz Products. In The Absence Of A Description Of The Offered Product Or Valuation Of One Of The Item, The Contracting Authority Will Reject The Contractors Offer. 6. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor Be In The First Species And Should Meet All Parameters And Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular In Form 3 To Swz, And: 6.1. He Was Factory New And Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties; 6.2. It Was Approved For Use And Trading On The Polish Market, In Accordance With The Current Regulations And Standards; 6.3. He Had Intact Features Of The Manufacturers Original Packaging And Was Marked By The Manufacturer; 6.4. It Should Also Have An Understandable Instructions For Use. 7. The Subject Of The Contract Must Have A Shelf Life Of Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Range To The Employers Warehouse. 8. The Contractor Grants The Employer A Guarantee For The Provided Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Vat Invoice. Detailed Warranty Conditions Are Included In Form 5 To Swz.9. During The Implementation, The Employer May Request A Declaration Of Compliance, Characteristics Cards And Certificates Confirming The Compliance Of The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor With Parameters And Requirements Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular In Form 3 To Swz.
