The Subject Of The Contract Is A Paid Provision By The Contractor For The Employer In The Field Of Cleaning And Ongoing Cleanliness In Buildings And In Ternic Buildings That Are Owned By The Mielec Poviat And The Performance Of Snow Removal Services (Areas Inside Buildings, Green Areas, Parking Lots And Pavements) Using Your Own Staff, Own Equipment And Own Cleaning Products Together With Ensuring Cleaning Products Hygienic. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 5 To Swz And Annex 4 To Swz - Draft Contract. 3. The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act, Requires Employment By The Contractor Under An Employment Contract Of All Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Providing Ongoing Cleanliness Services, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Contracting Authoritys Rights In The Scope Of Controlling The Contractor To Meet The Requirements Related To Employing These Persons And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Were Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 4 To Swz.
