The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Removing From Roads Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Zgierz Poviat Of Vehicles In The Mode Of Art. 130A Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And Their Storage In A Guarded Car Park, 24 Hours A Day For 7 Days In Weeks, Also On Non -Working Days, On Sundays And Holidays As Well As Loading, Transporting And Unloading Bicycles, Mopeds, Motorcycles, Scooters Or Personal Transport Equipment Or Equipment And Vehicles With A Permissible Total Weight Of Up To 3.5 T Per Square/Parking Lot Indicated By The Poviat Eldership In Zgierz Within 3 Business Days After 3 Months Of Storage In The Parking Lot Of The Contractor.
