The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of An Operational Lease Of A Used Rotary Excavator On A Wheeled Chassis. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Prepared For Operation And Have All Required Documents Allowing For Marketing And Use. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Corresponded To The Universally Applicable Standards And Standards Adopted For This Type Of Device, Be Allowed To Trading And Use In Poland And The Eu, Meet The Requirements Of Swz. 4. The Delivered Subject Of The Contract Must Be Free From Construction, Material, Executive And Legal Defects. 5. Basic Leasing Data: Duration Of 48 Months, Including An Initial Rent Of 10% Paid Within 30 Days Of Delivery And Signing The Acceptance Report, And 47 Monthly Leasing Installments, Fixed Interest Rate, Redemption Amount Of 1%, Leasing In Pln. 6. After The Expiry Of The Leasing Contract, After Paying The Last Leasing Rent, The Contracting Authority Will Have The Right To Buy The Subject Of The Lease, Provided That He Repays All The Receivables Resulting From The Leasing Contract. 7. The Leasing Rent Will Be Paid On Monthly Dates. The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Pay The Leasing Rent In Accordance With The Financial Schedule Constituting An Integral Part Of The Leasing Contract. 8. The Contracting Authority Will Bear The Costs Of Insuring The Subject Of The Lease On Its Own During The Duration Of The Leasing Contract And Is Not Required To Insurance Through The Contractor, I.E. He Will Be Able To Use The Offer Of Any Insurer, Including The Contractors Offer, Without Having To Incur Any Additional Fees To The Contractor In Connection With The Selection Of The External Insurance Offer. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Contracting Authority With The Subject Of The Contract That Meets The Absolutely Minimum Requirements And Technical Parameters Specified By The Employer In The Following Specification. 10. Requirements For Reception: 1) The Contractor Shall Notify The Ordering Party Of The Delivery Date Of The Excavator At The Latest 3 Days Before The Delivery Date. 2) Receipt Will Take Place In Zgkim In Kamionek Sp Z O.O And Will Be Confirmed By The Written Reception Protocol. 3) The Receipt Report Prepared By The Parties To The Contract Will Be Confirmed By The Contractor. 4) The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract On Its Own And At His Own Expense And Responsibility And Will Allow It To Be Checked. 5) The Employer Is Not Responsible For Damages Arising In Transport. 6) The Purchaser Shall Only Receive The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Swz And The Offer. 7) In The Event Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Not Compatible With The Swz Or The Offer, The Employer Will Consider That The Delivery Has Not Been Completed And The Contractor Shall Bear All The Consequences Provided For In The Contract For Failure To Meet The Delivery Date Due To The Contractors Fault. 8) If The Receipt Is Found In The Course Of The Acceptance Activi
