Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of The Promotional Service Of The Włocławek Poviat Through Sport

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service Consisting In The Promotion Of The Włocławek Poviat Through A Sports Team Taking Part In Professional Club Competitions In The Highest Class Competitions In Poland In 2025 And Related To This Discipline Of National And International Cup Competitions (In The Organizer Permissible By The Organizer), Played In The City Of Włocławek And/Or Włocławek Poviat, As Implementation Of The Promotional Service Of The Włocławek Poviat Through Sport. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Following Means Of Promotion: A) The Awarding Entity Of The Title Chief Of The Club And Displaying This Fact In The Available Circumstances Related To The Clubs Activities; B) The Participation Of Players, Coaches, Staff Members And Club Managers In Occasional Events Organized By The Włocławek Poviat; C) Placing The Logo Of The Włocławek Poviat In The Back Of The Heat Outfit Size In Size Min. 140 Cm2 Max. 160 Cm², Subject To Lit. M); D) Placing 2 Graphic Characters With The Logo Of The Włocławek Poviat Behind The Final Line Of The Sports Field, Where The Contractors Team Plays Matches As A Host In Every Kind Of Games; E) Displaying A Video Or Logotype Of The Włocławek Poviat For A Minimum Of 3 Minutes On Led Bands Placed Along The Side Lines Of The Pitch, Where The Performers Team Played Matches In The Host In Every Kind Of Games; F) Broadcasting Video Or Displaying The Logo Of The Włocławek Poviat For A Minimum Of 3 Minutes On Led Screens Located Within The Sports Field, Where The Contractor Team Plays Matches As A Host In Each Type Of Competition; G) Displaying The Logotype Of The Włocławek Poviat At Least 3 Minutes On Four Led Screens Placed On Construction Direct Closeness Of The Sports Field, Where The Contractors Team Participates In The Competition As A Host, In Every Kind Of Competition; H) Displaying The Logotype Of The Włocławek Poviat On Materials Printed By The Club, E.G. Tickets, Calendars, Etc; I) Displaying The Logotype Of The Włocławek Poviat On A Sponsorship Board Broadcast On Every Film Material Presented By The Contractor On The Online Service. (E.G. Youtube Or Other Equivalent); J) Displaying On The Official Website Of The Contractor Of The Włocławek Poviat Logotype Together With A Link Referring To The Website Of The Włocławek Poviat; K) Exposing The Logotype To 5% Advertising Fields On The Official Walls Of The Club: Sponsorship And Conference; L) Exposing The Logotype On Two Advertising Boards With A Minimum 3M X 1M Size Sports Field Where The Contractor Team Plays Matches As A Host In All Kinds Of Games; M) Displaying The Logo, Name, Coat Of Arms Of The Włocławek Poviat Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Scope Referred To In Letter C) At Away Matches; N) Ensuring At Least 5 Broadcasts From Live Matches At The National Television Station With The Participation Of The Contractor Team And Using The Promotion Means Referred To In Lit. A) - M); O) Execution And Placement
