A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee USD 30.00 or its equivalent in Cambodian Riel being KHR 123,000.00. The method of payment will be Cash. The Bidding Documents may be collected in person at the discretion of the bidder.
