Request for proposals for Rope Access Inspection and NDT Services. Dolphin Energy Limited (hereinafter referred as Company) produces and processes natural gas from Qatars North gas fields. The installation includes two offshore platforms (DOL-1/DOL-2), under sea pipe lines, umbilicals and onshore gas processing facility at Ras Laffan, Qatar (hereinafter referred as Existing Facilities).
