The Council Wished To Appoint Multiple Providers To Form A Psl (Preferred Supplier List) To Offer Temporary Accommodation On A Call-Off /Adhoc Basis. Providers Are Required To Meet Minimum Standards Of Service Provision To Be Included On The Psl.
