A Preferred Service Provider Is Required To Provide X-Rays And Ultrasounds To Residents Of Residential Aged Care Facilities Across The Gold Coast Region. Services Will Be Leveraged To Determine Acute Conditions That May Require Hospital Care. Successful Delivery Of The Service Will Reduce Presentation Of Residential Aged Care Residents To Gold Coast Hospital And Health Service (Gchhs) Facilities And Avoid Risk Factors Associated With A Hospital Admission Hospital By Allowing Residential Aged Care Residents To Be Treated In Their Residential Environment Where Clinically Appropriate.The Service Is Available For Determination Of Acute Conditions And Is Not For Chronic Conditions Or Preventative X-Rays And Ultrasounds. The Suspected Conditions (Below) Are Applicable To This Contract. Suspected Conditions Not Included Below Will Not Be Paid By The Customer Without Written Approval By The Customer Prior To The Supplier Completing The Service.
