South Karelias Welfare Area (Hereinafter Referred To As The Subscriber) Will Compete For The A20 / 2025 / Recruitment System For The South Karelia Welfare Area. The Procurement System Must Be Provided As A Saas Service. The Procurement Includes A Software Service, Its Deployment, Software Access And Software Support, Maintenance And Operating Services Under The Overall Responsibility Of The Supplier. The Commissioning Also Includes Training And Determination Related To The Operating Environment. The System To Be Purchased Will Be Used For The Needs Of The Entire Organization. The Contracting Entity Does Not Commit To The Amount Purchases. The Aim Is That The Contract Period Starts On October 1, 2025 And Ends On September 31, 2027. The Agreement Includes The Subscribers Option To Extend The Contract Period For An Indefinite Period, However, So That The System Can Be Competed Every 5-8 Years. . Tenders Exceeding The Maximum Price Will Be Rejected.
