Prior Information Notice For Repair And Maintenance Services Of Building Installations - Integral Maintenance Service Of The Facilities Located In Oviedo, Avenida De Julian Claveria 11 Headquarters Of The Asturian Institute Of Public Administration “Adolfo Posada”, Service Of Artificial Intelligence Strategy, Administrative Innovation And Official Publications, General Directorate Of Physical Activity And Sports And Transportation Of Transportes. The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Constant Control Of The Operation Of The Building And Of All Its Facilities, As Well As The Set Of Repair And Review Work Necessary To Guarantee The Good State Of Conservation And Its Regular And Optimized Operation. This Includes The Totality Of Operations Necessary To Carry Out Conduction And Conductive Maintenance And Maintenance, Preventive And Predictive, Normative (Technical-Legal), Corrective And Modifying The Facilities That Configure It, During The Period Of Validity Of The Contract. In The Object Of The Contract, Advisory And Technical Office Work During The Term Of The Contract Are Also Included In The Object Of The Contract.
