The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Stationery Included In The List Of Goods And Services Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, Including The Backups For Archiving, Paper Closets, Quarrels, Folders Of Different Types, Archiving Boxes, Letterheads And Advance Orders And Cash Books. The Order Is Reserved For The Participation Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. According To §2, Item 46 Of The Public Procurement Act “Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities” Are Those Within The Meaning Of Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Law On People With Disabilities Or Their Equivalent In Accordance With The Legislation Of A Member State. Other Stakeholders May Also Participate In The Procedure, But Their Offers Will Only Be Considered If There Are No Offers Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of People With Disabilities. The Estimated Quantities Of The Materials, As Well As Their Full Description, Are Indicated In The Technical Specifications And The Model Of The Price Proposal From The Documentation. For The Term Of The Contract - 2 Years, The Contracting Authority Will Award The Delivery Of The Materials Through Separate Delivery Orders Depending On Its Needs. The Contracting Authority Does Not Commit To The Purchase Of The Estimated Quantities Of Goods Specified In The Documentation. The Supplies Are Made To The Territory Of The Central Government And The Four Central Warehouses Of The Contracting Authority, Located In Sofia, Pleven, Varna And Plovdiv.
