The Award Of The Public Procurement Is Intended To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 From Ptee. The Subject Of The Combination Services Contract Is The Sale Of Electricity And The Payment Of All Services Used By The End Customer: Access To The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Balancing Liability. The Supply Of Electricity Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Provided For In The Energy Act (Ea) And Other Normative Acts That Regulate The Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity, Incl. The Regulations To The Energy Act (Ea) And The Rules For Trade In Electricity (Pee), The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electricity (Pikee) Issued By The State Commission For Energy And Water Regulation, As Well As All Applicable Normative Acts Concerning The Implementation Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Has No Commitments To Forecast And Request The Required Amounts Of Electricity. To Date, The Delivery Of Electricity To The Sites Of Dolni Dabnik Municipality Is Carried Out By A Registered Electricity Trader As A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For The Needs Of Dolni Dabnik Municipality.
