The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Lots As Follows: Lot 1: Winter Maintenance And Snow Clearing Of The Sandanski Street Network For Operational Seasons 2025/2026 And 2026/2027; Lot 2: Winter Maintenance And Snow Clearing Of A Municipal Road Network On The Territory Of Sandanski Municipality For Operating Seasons 2025/2026 And 2026/2027. The Contract Aims To Ensure Normal Patency And Safe Operation Of The Streets In The Town Of Sandanski And The Municipal Roads During Two Winter Operating Seasons, As Well As Access To The Settlements Of The Municipality, And Is Implemented In Compliance With Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-19 Of 12.11.2012 For Maintenance And Ongoing Repair Of Road Legal Framework. Winter Maintenance Of Roads Includes A Set Of Activities Related To Ensuring Their Patency In Winter Conditions And Eliminating Or Limiting The Adverse Effects Of Snow And Ice On Traffic Conditions. The Type And Scope Of The Winter Maintenance Work Is Determined Depending On The Level Of Winter Maintenance Accepted For A Certain Path.
