The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Development Of A Master Plan For The Organization Of The Movement Of The City Of Pleven (Gpod). The Development Of The Gpd Will Be Carried Out In Strict Compliance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of October 24, 2022 Of The Mrdpw For Organizing Road Traffic Open For Public Use. The Gpd Is A Major Document For The Respective Settlement Where All Communication And Transport Areas Serve The Traffic Of Road Vehicles And Regulates The Organization Of The Transit Traffic, Routes Of Regular Public Transport Lines For Passenger Transport, Directions And Traffic, Speed Regimens, Speed Regimens. It Should Also Present A Summary Scheme Of Road Signs And A List Of Organizational And Engineering And Technical Events, Which Optimize The Organization Of Traffic In The Settlement To Achieve Safe Conditions For The Movement Of All Road Users. The Development Of The Master Plan For The Organization Of Traffic (Gpd) Should Determine The Conditions And Procedure For Organizing The Traffic Throughout The Street And Road Network Of The City Of Pleven. The Master Plan For The Organization Of Traffic Is Developed In Two Phases: 1. Preliminary Project; 2. Final Project. The Complete Scope Of The Activities Subject To The Public Procurement And The Requirements For The Execution Of The Contract Are Objectified In The Technical Specifications, Representing An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Final Draft Of The Gpd Is Approved By The Municipal Council Of Pleven Municipality On The Proposal Of The Mayor, Accompanied By The Ectp Protocol For The Adoption Of The Final Project.
