The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Major Renovation Of The Roof And Reconstruction With The Change Of The Purpose Of The Second Floor Of An Existing Building In The Cnst For Adults With Mental Retardation In The Village Of Bata, Pomorie Municipality Under The Project Beautiful Bulgaria The Execution Includes Construction And Assembly Works On The Construction Of The Site, According To Approved Investment Projects, Quantities And Types Of Construction Works And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Contract And The Price Proposal. The Subject Also Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities, Which Are Related To The Execution Of The Construction And Installation Works Of The Construction And Represent A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them: Construction Works Are Carried Out According To The Prepared And Approved Technical Project For The Construction And Regulations And Orders In The Order Book; Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products And Technical Projects And Technical Project; Provision Of Terrains For The Needs Of Construction - For Temporary Construction, For Storage Of Materials And Equipment And Other Needs, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Construction Established By The Safety And Health Plan; If Necessary To Carry Out Work On Relocation, In And In Connection With The Execution Of Construction, Of Underground And Above Ground Nets And Facilities.
