Contracting Of The School Canteen Service And Monitoring Of The Educational Centers Of The Baix Empordà Region, Northern Area.The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The School Dining And Monitoring School, With Criteria Of Sustainability, Proximity, Healthy And Social Life, In Public Teaching Centers And In The Nursery Schools/Municipal Nursery Schools In The Baix Empordà Region, Grouped In A Lot, In Annex 1. Escolal The Elaboration And The Hot Online Supply Of The Meal Of The Lunch Of The Students And The Staff Of The Center Authorized By The County Council To Make Use Of The Service, In Accordance With The Different Modalities Of Preparation Of Annex 1. The Monitoring (According To The Established Ratio), In Charge Of The Care (The Care And The Interlective Activities, Directly To The Students, Which Is To Say, Which Is, Which Is, Directly, Which Is To Say, In The Morning And Until The Afternoon Begins. In The Case Of Schools With Continuous Day, The Maximum Duration Of The Service Will Be Two Hours From The End Of The Classes. The Cleaning, Maintenance And Conservation Of The Kitchen Facilities, The Respective Units (Warehouses, Changing Rooms, Toilets, Etc.) And The Dining Room. As Well As The Furniture And Material Of These Spaces: Appliances, Extractor Bell, Windows, Soil, Tables, Chairs, Sinks, ...; And Of The Leisure Material For The Activities. Cradle And Municipal Childrens Homes The Elaboration And The Supply, Online, Of The Meal Of The Lunch And, Where Appropriate, Of The Snack, To The User Students And The Staff Authorized By The Same Center To Make Use Of The Service, In Accordance With The Specifications Of Technical Prescriptions (Ppt).
