The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: Construction Of A Multi -Family Residential Building According To Project Documentation, Construction Of Complete Internal Installation Systems (Heating, Electrical, Low -Current, Sanitary, Ventilation) Together With Devices And Equipment According To Project Documentation, Execution Of Internal And External Finishing Works With The Installation Of Equipment Of Living And Auxiliary Rooms, The Area With Technical Infrastructure (Including Green, Pavements, Parking Stations, Land Lighting, Networks, Connections And External Water Installations, Sanitary And Rainwater Sewage System, Central Heating), External Electrical Installations - To The Extent Enabling Obtaining Permission To Use For Use, Construction Of The Internal Road Section With A Descent With Ul.
