Zp.40.2025, Kmp In Tarnów - Renovation Of The Ventilation System1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Ventilation Installation In The Locker Room Of The Road Traffic Department In The Attic Of The Tarnów Police Station Building - Centrum, Ul. Bandrowskiego 3, 33-100 Tarnów. The Works Concerned By The Task Include All Activities Enabling And Aimed At Performing And Receiving Works In Accordance With The Solutions Contained In The Executive Project, And In Particular:  Supply And Installation Of Devices,  Implementation Of Installation Attempts Together With The Preparation Of Necessary Protocols,  Start, Reception And Transfer Of Installations For Operation,  Inter -Branch Coordination Of Works, Warranty. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are: Design Documentation - Annex 7 To Swz And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex 8 To Swz, Subject To The Next Sentence. The Bill Of Quantities (Annex 9 To Swz) Only Serves As A Help In Determining The Flat -Rate Amount To Perform The Abovementioned Construction Works. The Quantities Specified In This Study Are Approximate And Ancillary. 3) If The Documents Consisting Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Commercial Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product, The Contracting Authority Is Indicated - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data (Technical Or Any Other) Indicated Directly In The Documentation Of The Procedure, Identifying The Goods Or The Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions In Accordance With Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Abovementioned Documentation. As Equivalent Solutions, It Should Be Understood As Solutions Characterized By Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required, But In The Documentation. 4) The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions To The Extent Described By The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Show That The Deliveries Or Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority.
