Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Pedestrian Crossings On Poviat Roads

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of Pedestrian Crossings On Poviat Roads In The Locations Indicated In Annex 2 - Functional And Utility Program. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: 1) Developing Technical Documentation Consisting Of: A) Permanent Traffic Projects For Each Location With Arrangements And Approval, B) Electrical Executive Projects Connection To The Power Supply Network Of Dedicated Lighting Together With The Required Arrangements, 2) Modernization In The Field Of Pedestrian Crossings, Based On Documentation, Consisting In: A) Dedicated Based On Led Luminaire With An Asymmetrical Lighting Of The Lighting Stream; B) Mounting Vertical Marking D-6 And/Or T-27; C) Performing Horizontal Marking In Thick-Layer Chemosetive Technology; D) Performing Small Work Related To Curing The Surface Of Pedestrian Routes; E) Performing Works Related To The Reduction Of Curbs, Lining, Laying Integration Cubes And Charging The Pavement Fragment. 3. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Description Of The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Implementation And Acceptance Is Determined By The Following Documents: 1) The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 4 To Swz.2) Functional And Utility Program - Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Required Warranty Period And Warranty For The Performed Subject Of The Contract Is A Minimum Of 3 Years (In Words: Three Years) From The Date Of Signing By The Ordering Party And The Contractor Of The Non -Adhesive Final Acceptance Report. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 26.06.1974 Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) In The Scope Of The Order Of Persons Performing Activities Entering The So -Called Direct Costs. Thus, This Requirement Applies To People Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works, I.E. Manual Workers. The Requirement Does Not Apply, Among Others, To People: Construction, Robots, Performing Geodetic Service, Suppliers Of Building Materials. 6. Design Studies Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Prepared By Persons With Construction Qualifications For Design In The Installation Specialty In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Electrical And Electrical Equipment Without Restrictions Within The Meaning Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Investment And Development Of 29 April 2019 On Professional Preparation For Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 831) Confirmed The Decisions Referred To In Art. 12 Para. 2 (Taking Into Account Article 104) Of The Construction Law Or Corresponding To The Required Building Qualifications, Which Were Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Provisions (In Accordance With The Provision Of Article 104 Of The Construction Law) And The
