The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance In The Design And Build Investment Tasks Regarding The Modernization Of The Water Treatment Station In Włoszakowice And Krzycko Wielki, In Particular: 1) Design Work Consisting In The Development Of At Least: A) A Construction Project Developed To The Extent In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of 7 July 1994. - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418) And Obtaining A Building Permit Decision For The Investment In Question, B) Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit Decision, C) Executive Documentation For The Purposes Of The Investment. Executive Technical Projects Will Be A Detail For The Performance Of A Construction Project. The Documentation Should Be Developed Taking Into Account The Conditions For Approval Of The Construction Project And The Conditions Contained In The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As Detailed Guidelines Of The Employer. Executive Technical Projects Will Be Prepared Separately For Each Task, D) As -Built Documentation With All Changes Introduced In A Manner Introduced In The Course Of Construction Together With The Geodetic Inventory Of Made Objects, Approved By The Poviat Center For Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation, E) Operation Instructions, Ohs And P. Documents And Studies To Take Over The Works Of The Investment For Use, Including The Agreement And Consent Of The Power Network Operator In The Field Of Photovoltaic Installation, Permission To Use, Etc.2) As Part Of The Investment Task Regarding The Modernization Of The Water Treatment Station In Włoszakowice And Krzycko Wielki, Having Regard To The Assumptions Of The Concept, Construction - Assembly Works Are Provided For: A). Replacement Of The Existing Section Of The Water Supply Network In Włoszakowice, B) Replacement Of Network Pumping Plants With The Piping And Assembly Of A Uv Lamp At A Water Treatment Plant In Krzycko Wielki, C) Construction Of A Drinking Water Retention Reservoir At A Water Treatment Plant In Krzycko Wielkie, D) Solar Installation At The Water Treatment Station In Włoszakowice And Krzycko Power Of 50 Kw, As Well As New Electrical Networks And Installations Enabling The Inclusion Of Photovoltaics Into Existing Power Supply Systems Of Facilities, E) Renovation Of The Facade Of The Water Treatment Station In Krzycko Wielkie, F) Installation Of Uv Sterilizers At Uv At A Water Treatment Station In Włoszakowice, G) Insulation Włoszakowice. The Value Of Design Work Cannot Be Greater Than 5 % Of The Value Of The Offer.
