The Contractors Obligations As Part Of The Task And Offer Price Include: 1) The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Construction Art And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And Provisions Of The Construction Law, On The Conditions Set Out In This Contract And With Due Diligence And In Terms Contractual; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of Works And Quality Of The Materials.
