Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Skatepark At Primary School No. 33 In Bytom

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project Documentation And Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Skatepark At Primary School No. 33 At Ul. Mothers Of Ewa 9 In Bytom As Part Of The Civic Budget Skatepark Miechowice. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Development Of Project Documentation,- Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Permits,- Submitting A Notification Of The Commencement Of Works,- Execution Of Construction Works,- Performing Authors Supervision,- Execution Of As-Built Documentation. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant The Ordering Party: 1) At Least 60 Months Warranty And Warranty On The Concrete Slab (The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period And Warranty For The Concrete Slab, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers (See: Part 18Th Swz). 2). Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period For Obstacles, Which Will Be Assessed As Part Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria (See: Part Xviii Swz) .3) 60 Months Warranty And Warranty For The Remaining Subject Of The Contract, Calculated From The Day Of Final Acceptance Of Works, On The Conditions Set Out In The Designed Provisions Of The Contract. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ All Persons Performing Construction Works Such As General Construction, Earthworks, Assembly And Other Works Listed In The Pre -Work Of Works Prepared By The Contractor As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract And Activities Related To The Operation Of The Equipment And The Performance Of Cleaning Works And Performing Cleaning Works, For Which The Authorization Is Not Required, Which Is Not Required, Which Is Not Required, Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Abovementioned Work, Cooperating Persons Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 13 October 1998 On The Social Insurance System, As Well As The Incumbent Members Of The Managing Or Supervisory Authorities Of The Contractor, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partner Company To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform The Service To The Contracting Authority Or Contractor.
