1. The Subject Of The Contract Provided By The Contractor To The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture In Warsaw (Hereinafter Referred To As The Employer) Is: 2.1. The Provision Of The Service, Consisting In Providing The Platform By The Contractor, Available By The Internet, Enabling Mass Sending Of Short Text Messages (Hereinafter: Sms) With Its Own Field Of The Sender To The Addressees Indicated By The Employer To National Mobile Numbers (+48) To All Mobile Networks With Support For The End Users Of The System, Including The Possibility Of Generating Reports Confirming The Number Of Sms. The Technical Conditions Of The Service Were Specified In Detail In Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu). 2. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Carried Out On The Terms And Rules Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Together With Attachments, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
