1) The Subject Of The Contract In This Procedure Are Services In The Field Of Transporting Children And Students To Primary Schools And School And Pre -School Teams In The Commune Of Nakło Nad Notecią And For Pool Classes In The 2025/2026 School Year And The Delivery Of Monthly Tickets. 2) The Contracting Authority Divides The Subject Of The Order Into Two Parts. The Contractor May Submit An Offer Without Restrictions On Each Part Or For The Entire Order. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into The Following Parts: Part 1 - Delivery Of Children And Students To And From Kindergartens And Schools 2 - Delivery Of Monthly School Tickets For The Transport Of Children And Students To And From Schools 2.1. Detailed Description Of Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Transport Services In The Field Of Transporting Children/Students To Primary Schools And School And Pre -School Teams In The Commune Of Nakło Nad Notecią On School Days Together With The Release Of These Students After Classes To Places Appointed In The Places Of Residence Of Children/Students As Part Of The Route Established By The Employer. 2. The Concept Of Delivery Is Understood By The Delivery Of Children/Students From Places Appointed To School And From School To Places Designated In The Places Of Residence Of Children/Students, Together With Ensuring Safety And Hygiene Conditions While Getting On, Off And Transporting Children/Students By Bus, According To Transport Routes. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Provide Services By Means Of Transport Adapted For The Transport Of Children/Students, Meeting All The Requirements Of Safety, Hygiene And The Road Code, By Persons With Appropriate Rights To Provide These Services. 3. The Total Length Of Individual Transport Routes Depends On The Number Of Transported Children/Students And The Delivery Schedule And The Department After Class. 4. In The Event Of Such A Need During The School Year, The Employer Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The Transport Routes Of Children And Students Or The Liquidation Of A Given Connection. 5.
